Of course most all of you already know that I'm engaged to this awesome guy name Matthew Miller...I never saw it coming, and marriage was not included in my new years resolution! I also swore off dating when I got braces because quite frankly, braces are so unattractive! Heavenly Father certainly has let me know he has a wonderful sense of humor. I can just imagine what he was saying! "Oh yeah? No boys huh? Watch this...." While I am indeed so grateful, I must say he has the perfect timing! NOT! Dad will be gone and I have the Union Pacific Railroad running across my teeth! Luckily I can have my braces off before my wedding, and dad is able to fly home in time to be there when I get married.
Matt is off to work in Wyoming for the summer, which totally sucks! I took him to the airport on Sunday to go to Texas for his annual two week army training. Then he gets back and heads straight up to Wyoming for work.
The wedding date is set for August 22, 2009 in the Logan LDS Temple! I got my papers from the temple the other day and read them with Matthew. I had butterflies in my stomach doing all sorts of flips, backwards, forwards, sideways, with some twists thrown in their routine. CRAZY! So everyone, mark your calendars! And don't forget to send me your address!!
